All members of the university community with an Emory Zoom account may observe Senate meetings. Meetings start at 3:00 p.m. and go into executive session at about 4:30 p.m. All senate members must attend in person in Convocation Hall. Others with Emory credentials are invited to attend by webinar, no preregistration required. (There is also some limited space in person. Register here.)

To observe by webinar, log in to your Emory Zoom account and enter the following webinar link: emory.zoom.us/j/97666043252. Note that observers do not have floor privileges and are asked not to record the meeting. Also note that our webinar capacity is 5,000 people and this invitation is going out to many more; so it is possible, however unlikely, that the webinar could fill up before you join. So be sure to log in early. Minutes will be posted on our website the following month. We encourage all who have questions, comments, or input to communicate before or after meetings with the Senate leadership or their representatives. See the roster here.
